At Clover Beauty Esthetics, our policies are designed to ensure a luxury, respectful, and seamless experience for every client. Please take a moment to review the following policies before booking.

No Call, No Show Policy:

Missed appointments without notice will be charged the full-service amount. This policy ensures respect for the time reserved just for you.

Pending Appointments & Refund Policy:

Unapproved appointment requests will be released after 48 hours. Deposits act as temporary holds until appointments are confirmed. If no approval is granted, the deposit will be refunded automatically.

Same-Day Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the deposit. If rescheduled within the same week, the deposit may be applied to your new appointment.

Late Arrival Policy:

A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals beyond that may result in a shortened service or cancellation, subject to the No-Show Policy.

Children & Guest Policy:

To maintain a calm, professional environment, children and guests are not allowed during appointments.

Illness Policy:

If you're feeling unwell or experiencing skin-related irritation, please reschedule. Services will not be performed on compromised skin.

Payment & Gratuity Policy:

All major credit cards, Apple Pay, and exact cash are accepted. Gratuities are welcome but never required.

Retail Product Return Policy:

All retail product sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided.
